Our People
Guided by purpose. Grounded in compassion. Rooted in Faith.
At Truthville, our staff isn’t just a team—they’re trusted companions on each resident’s journey. From certified nursing assistants and experienced caregivers, every member of our community is hand-selected for their expertise, empathy, and dedication to joyful, purposeful care.
We walk with intention, listen with heart, and respond with the highest standards of professionalism. With specialized training in senior and memory care, our team meets each resident where they are, ensuring every individual feels seen, supported, and deeply valued.
Because at Truthville, we don’t just show up—we show care. Every day, every step, together.
Our Founders' Story
Deji and Dr. Ebere Sonoiki founded Truthville in the summer of 2025, inspired by their decade-long experience as primary caregivers for Deji’s parents. That journey shaped their deep commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and dignified care for others.
Their approach at Truthville is grounded in their Christian faith, which emphasizes love as the highest expression of care and service to others.
Married since 2018 and blessed with two boys, Deji and Ebere bring together a clinically informed, process-driven, and technology-enabled approach to caregiving. Their philosophy is proactive and intentional—focused on ensuring each resident’s safety, joy, and overall well-being are optimized every day.
